An offshore installation cannot send someone ashore for a forgotten crate. Whatever is not on the boat is not on the platform, and the next window may be days away. Completeness matters more than speed, and the cold chain has to survive the trip to the supply base and the crane lift onto the boat.
How we provision offshore

We provision offshore and rig-support vessels with fresh, frozen and dry stores, delivered from our Dubai cold-store facility to the supply base your vessel loads from. The food side of offshore supply is a logistics problem — getting provisions to the base cold, complete and on time — and that is exactly what we do.

We deliver to vessels loading at the UAE’s offshore supply bases — most often Mussafah (Abu Dhabi), the main hub for offshore and oil-and-gas support, and Hamriyah (Sharjah), its industrial and offshore zone. We also deliver to vessels loading at KIZAD / Khalifa Industrial Zone and Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi. Provisions are cold-chained from our Dubai facility to the base, ready for transfer, in time for the vessel’s sailing window.
