Delivered to the berth, on the crew's schedule
Direct to the marina berth or dock, at the hour the crew asks for — not a delivery window that suits the truck.
Provisioning a superyacht is not provisioning a bulk carrier with better ingredients. The chef has a specification, the guests arrive on a date that will not move, and "we substituted it" is not an acceptable sentence. What is wanted is exactly what was asked for, at the passerelle, on time, every time.

This is work we are known for. We provision most of the superyachts operating in UAE waters — and we do it because we understand that on a yacht, provisioning is not logistics. It is hospitality.
A yacht chef's reputation sits on what arrives at the passerelle. We source and deliver to specification — fresh produce graded by hand, premium meat and seafood, fine dairy, dry goods, specialty and imported lines, and galley consumables — exactly as the chef asked, not the nearest equivalent.
We also understand that a superyacht carries three different tables. Crew, guests and principals have different expectations of taste, quality and presentation, and we provision for each accordingly — the crew mess, the guest menu and the owner's preferences handled as the distinct requirements they are.

Direct to the marina berth or dock, at the hour the crew asks for — not a delivery window that suits the truck.
Chilled and frozen goods travel in our own refrigerated fleet, from our cold-store facility to the berth, unbroken.
Provisioning is planned around the guest arrival. Any substitution is agreed with the chef in advance, never sprung at delivery.
Guest lists, preferences and movements stay private. We provision quietly and professionally, as yacht work demands.
A yacht does not stay in one sea. When the UAE season ends and the vessel heads for the Mediterranean in summer, the Caribbean in winter, or east to the Maldives, we ship provisions to meet her at her next port — handling sourcing, documentation, cold chain and freight.
We can provision through the vessel's route, including the Suez Canal transit at Port Said or Suez, into the Mediterranean, and across the Indian Ocean. Wherever she is bound, her provisions can be waiting.

...and other berths and anchorages on request — including provisioning to yachts lying off, by tender.
